Made from the free run juice of black grape varieties, this wine white wine is cool fermented. After crushing, a maximum of two hours skin contact is allowed to achieve the characteristic light cherry colour. The combination of Pinot Noir and Merlot imparts a lovely light salmon colour to the wine. On the nose the wine displays ripe fruit flavours, including ripe cherry and strawberry fruit. It will complement any meal, especially duck, calamari and cold meats. This is a truly unique wine and is the most widely sold Blanc de Noir in South Africa. |

A blend of Morio Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc from selected vineyards. Soils vary from stony over a clay layer, to rich deep alluvial soils like Tukulu and Bloemdal. This medium-sweet wine has bold, tropical fruit flavours, peach and pineapple with spicy undertones and a lingering floral aroma with honeysuckle and frangipani. Tantalizing vibrancy, soft and uncloying. Ready to drink now and a perfect partner to curries and other spicy dishes. |
