This youthful wine reflects the distinctive characteristics of both varietals, mouth filling plummy and mulberry flavours, layered with hints of cinnamon, cedar and cassis. It is medium bodied, fruit-packed soft twine, which is now eminently drinkable, but will also reward further maturation. An ideal food companion with hearty stews, oxtail or roast pork, but can be enjoyed on its own with quiches, liver or cold meats.
