Rubicon is Meerlust's flagship wine. It is intense yet elegant, exhibiting complexity and a depth of flavours. A full bodied wine rich with cassis fruit and spicy minerality. It has creamy ripe tannins and a very long aftertaste. Rubicon will mature for 25 years and is an ideal accompaniment for roast beef, game and ripe cheeses.
